SOFTBALL SET TO OPEN SEASON AT SMITHVILLE (8/23)

They ended up finishing with a 12-10 regular season record last year and hope to improve that record this year. The Wildcats are bringing back 3 all area players

SOFTBALL KIDS CAMP CANCELED

The Kids Softball Camp scheduled for June 11th – 13th has officially been canceled due to construction at BSHS.  This camp will not be rescheduled.   The 9th Grade Softball Camp is STILL ON.

SNEAD AND MAYNARD EARN SPOT ON ALL-AREA SOFTBALL TEAM

Senior Taylor Snead and Junior Savannah Maynard were recently selected to the Examiner All-Area Softball First Team after their successful seasons with the BSHS Wildcat Softball Team. Juniors Maddy Keilty and Bella Andrews were named to the Examiner’s Second Team while Audrey Corona earned Honorable Mention. SNEAD LEADS SOFTBALL TO DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

The Softball Team advanced all the way to the District Championship game, this week.  On Wednesday, the Cats defeated Fort Osage 9-3.  On Thursday, BSHS lost to Lee’s Summit North in the Championship Game. SOFTBALL FINISHES REGULAR SEASON WITH WINNING RECORD

The Girls Softball Team completed their final regular season game of the season last night, falling 7-3 to Lee’s Summit West.  Overall, the Wildcats had a 12-10 record on the season. SOFTBALL BEATS PARK HILL AND KEARNEY

Over the weekend, the Varsity Softball Team defeated Kearney 9-0.  Monday, the Wildcats continued their winning ways and defeated Park Hill 6-4. SOFTBALL UPDATE 9/27

The Softball Team just capped off a week against two of the state’s best teams in Lee’s Summit and Lee’s Summit North.  The Wildcats took both squads to the brink, losing 11-10 yesterday (Wednesday, 9/26) against Lee’s Summit while falling short 2-1 against Lee’s Summit North on Tuesday. The Softball Team continues their season this Saturday in
