WINTER GUARD EARNS 6TH AT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

The BSHS Winter Guard had a very successful event at the World Championships in Dayton, Ohio.  The Wildcats won their preliminary heat and earned a program-best 6th place in the overall world standings.  Congratulations to everyone who was involved with the Winter Guard this year!     Once again, we couldn’t be more proud of

8 EARN ALL-STATE FOR BAND

Eight members of the Golden Regiment Bad were recently named to the All-State Band.  These students auditioned for the All-State band on December 1st.  Congratulations to Caitlyn Smith, Mandi Brown, Alyssa Fritz, Samuel Styles, Morgan Rogers, Tyler Dye, Luke David, and Zane Meins on the honor! GOLDEN REGIMENT EARNS 3RD AT GRAND NATIONALS

The Golden Regiment had their most successful finish in program history last weekend after taking 3rd place at Grand Nationals in Indianapolis, IN.  The Wildcats scored a 95.0 to finish just behind Carmel (IN) and Avon (IN) in the overall team standings.  The GR was named winner of the “Espirit de Corps”. GOLDEN REGIMENT EARNS SPOT IN FINALS AT GRAND NATIONALS

After successful performances in the preliminaries and semifinals of the Bands of America Grand Nationals, the Golden Regiment has clinched a spot in the finals.  The GR won “Best Visual Performance” while earning second overall in the Class AAAA semifinal as they perform their final routine tomorrow (Sunday 11/11) at 8:30am CST.     Blue Springs GR performs

GOLDEN REGIMENT SET TO PERFORM AT BANDS OF AMERICA GRAND NATIONALS

Coming off of two of their most impressive performances in program history, the Golden Regiment heads to Indianapolis to compete at Grand Nationals, this week. GOLDEN REGIMENT EARNS 2ND AT BANDS OF AMERICA (ST. LOUIS)

The Golden Regiment earned 2nd place out of 74 teams at the Bands of America Super Regional in St. Louis, MO, over the weekend.  This is tied for the highest finish in program history for the Golden Regiment.  The Wildcats tied for victory in the “General Effect” Category with Broken Arrow HS. GOLDEN REGIMENT FINISHES 3RD OUT OF 71 AT BANDS OF AMERICA

The Golden Regiment had a successful performance at the Bands of America competition in Indianapolis, IN.  The GR earned 3rd place out of 71 teams with over 7,000 spectators in the audience.  This is the highest the GR has ever finished at this competition.     3.
