VARSITY BASEBALL DOMINATES CABRILLO (CA) 16-1 (VIDEO)

The Varsity Baseball Team won their second consecutive game after defeating Cabrillo (CA) High School, 16-1.  Christian Garcia, Mitchell Smith, Trevor Blackwell, Aiden Smith, and Tanner Martin each hit a home run for the Wildcats while Nolan Rice picked up the victory serving as the starting pitcher. The Varsity Baseball Team fell short to Blue Springs South, Friday, April 12th by the score of 8-2.  Blake Stegner led the Wildcats with a home run and 2 RBI.  The Varsity Baseball Team currently sits at 3-14 (1-5 in Conference). The Varsity Baseball Team fell to conference-foe Park Hill 11-1, Monday evening.  Trevor Blackwell scored the Wildcats’ lone run as the Varsity Baseball Team moved their record to 3-12. BASEBALL COMPLETES ANOTHER INCREDIBLE COMEBACK

The Varsity Baseball Team made another improbable comeback on their way to a walk-off victory against Lee’s Summit North.  Despite starting the game with a 7-0 deficit, the Wildcats topped the Broncos 8-7 in extra innings. KIRK FINLEY LEADS NWMSU TO NATIONAL TITLE GAME

The Varsity Baseball Team completed an incredible comeback against Columbine (CO) High School on Thursday.  Heading into the 7th inning, the Wildcats trailed 3-2.  Rain started picking up in the top of the 7th as Columbine scored 4 runs and extended their lead to 7-2.  In the bottom of the 7th, the Wildcats scored 6 runs
