SHAEDYN READ WINS EXAMINER SWIMMER OF THE YEAR

2x First Team All-State recipient and Senior Swim/Dive Captain Shaedyn Read was recently chosen as “Swimmer of the Year”, for the second straight year, by the Eastern Jackson County Examiner.  Read earned the honor after leading the Wildcats to a second straight undefeated regular season.  Read finished in 2nd place at the MSHSAA Class 2

5 MEMBERS OF GIRLS SWIM/DIVE EARN FIRST TEAM ALL-STATE

GIRLS SWIM/DIVE WINS 5 EVENTS AT CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP

The Girls Swim/Dive Team had a successful Conference Championship over the weekend.  The Wildcats won more races than any other team on the way to a 3rd place finish behind Lee’s Summit West and Park Hill. Senior Shaedyn Read led the way with 4 gold medals.  Read won the individual 500 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke

GIRLS SWIM/DIVE COMPLETES UNDEFEATED SEASON IN ST. JOE

The Girls Swim/Dive Team has officially wrapped up the 2018-19 regular season with an undefeated record.  The Wildcats defeated St. Joe Central, Grain Valley, and LeBlond to finish the dual season with a perfect 22-0 record. GIRLS SWIM/DIVE REMAINS UNDEFEATED AFTER VICTORY OVER STALEY

The Girls Swim/Dive Team moved their record to a perfect 18-0 after defeating Staley, North Kansas City, and Oak Park at Gladstone Community Center, on Tuesday night.  The Wildcats won 11 of 12 events, including individual victories from Shaedyn Read, Gracie Lefholz, Carson Ludwig, Katie Garten, Jenna Wright, and Annemarie Rhebein.
