BELLO SCORES 15 AGAINST LEE’S SUMMIT NORTH

The Varsity Girls Basketball Team had another conference matchup on Monday night.  The Wildcats fell to the Lee’s Summit North Broncos 57-40.  The game gives the Wildcats a 9-12 overall record with a 6-5 conference mark. GIRLS BASKETBALL WINS ANOTHER CONFERENCE MATCHUP

The Girls Varsity Basketball Team defeated Park Hill High School 53-51, thanks to last-second free throws by Senior superstar Reggie Kanagawa.  Kanagawa led the Wildcats with 16 points while Sy’Miah Smith scored 12 and Aliyah Bello added 10. GIRLS BASKETBALL TAKES TITANS TO OVERTIME

The BSHS Girls Basketball Team fell just short to conference opponent, Lee’s Summit West in a tightly contested overtime game.  The Titans prevailed 47-40. GIRLS BASKETBALL EXTENDS WINNING STREAK TO 5

GIRLS BASKETBALL DEFEATS BLUE SPRINGS SOUTH 44-30

BYU softball-signee Reggie Kanagawa (16 points) and Sy’Miah Smith (13 points) led the Girls Basketball Team to a commanding 14-point victory over crosstown rival, Blue Springs South, 44-30.  The Wildcats also received a dominant defensive effort from Aliyah Bello. GIRLS BASKETBALL GOES 2-1 IN NATIONAL GUARD TOURNAMENT

The Girls Varsity Basketball Team went 2-1 over the weekend at the Frontenac National Guard Tournament. The Wildcats defeated the host team, Frontenac HS 51-38 and Fort Scott HS 41-27.      

GIRLS BASKETBALL (VARSITY AND JV @ LSN) MOVED TO TOMORROW

The Girls Basketball Team has officially moved their game against Lee’s Summit North HS from tonight (1/11) to Friday (1/12).  The JV game is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm and the Varsity game is scheduled to start at 5:30pm.  Both games will take place at Lee’s Summit North High School.

Jayla Sample led the way for the Girls Basketball Team, scoring 25 points, on their way to defeating conference opponent, Park Hill by the score of 56-47.  The Wildcats improved their conference record to 2-2 with the victory.
