FALL SPORTS AWARDS – TENNIS PLAYER OF THE YEAR

After over a week of voting, the results are in for the first round of voting for the first annual BSWildcats.com Fall Sports Awards. District-champion, Conference-champion, and First Team All-State member Caitlyn Sporing won the vote for Tennis Player of the Year.  While earning individual district/conference titles, Sporing led the Wildcats to team district and conference championships. Junior Caitlyn Sporing added another accomplishment to her already impressive high school tennis career, on Friday.  Sporing defeated teammate Sophomore Bentley Walters to win her first individual district championship.  Both Sporing and Walters are now qualified for the Sectional Championships which will give both girls an opportunity to qualify for the MSHSAA State Championships.
