KHRISTIAN BOYD COMMITS TO NORTHERN IOWA

Defensive Tackle Khristian Boyd has finally made his college decision.  After being recruited by numerous programs around the midwest, Boyd has announced his intention to play college football at the University of Northern Iowa. WRESTLING WINS 32ND ANNUAL PANTHER CLASSIC

The Wrestling Team took home their first tournament victory of the season, winning the 32nd Annual Panther Classic.  The Wildcats were led by Korbin Shepherd, Ray Paniagua, Jett Merlo, and Bret Heil, who each took home gold medals by winning their weight class.  Ray Horton and Zach Hazen each earned second in their weight division. GLITTER GIRLS EARN SPOT IN SEMIS AT NATIONALS

NHS CLOTHING DRIVE – HUGS FOR THE HOMELESS – THIS WEEK (2/5 – 2/9)

Mrs. Minnis and the BSHS Chapter of the National Honor Society will be collecting Hats, Underwear, Gloves, Socks  (blankets, sweatshirts, shoes too!!) for a Men’s Homeless Shelter in KC from Feb 5-9th.  The NHS “Hugs for the Homeless” clothing drive will have bins located in the LA, Wildcaat Walk, Cafeteria, and Room 403. We will also be taking Monetary Donations

11 EARN FIRST TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE AS SWIM/DIVE WINS CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP

After an undefeated regular season, the Girls Swim/Dive Team added another accomplishment to an already impressive year. The Wildcats won the Suburban Gold Conference Championship for the first time since 2012.  The Wildcats were led by victories from Shaedyn Read (500 Freestyle, 100 Backstroke), the 200 Medley Relay (Read, Annemarie Rehbein, Sierra Heuston, Jenna Wright)
