Boys Varsity Football · ROWLEY, HENDERSON, AND BLACK NAMED FIRST TEAM ALL-STATE

Senior OL Conrad Rowley, Junior DL Nick Henderson, and Junior DB Stefan Black were named First Team All-State by the Missouri Football Coaches Association after their great performances during the 2018 football season.  This is Rowley’s second year earning First Team All-State while Henderson and Black are first time recipients.

Henderson led the Wildcats with 9 sacks and had 48 tackles with 2 forced fumbles and a fumble recovery for a touchdown that helped the Wildcats secure the win in a close playoff game against Columbia Rock Bridge.  Black was the state’s top shutdown corner, barely having the ball thrown his way.  Black finished the season with 31 tackles and 1 sack.  Rowley dominated the opposition all year, earning a second straight All-Simone Team OL First-Team honor.  Rowley has signed a national letter of intent to play football at the Big 10’s West Division Champion, Northwestern University next fall.

RB Aveion Bailey and DL Simeon Sullivan were named Second Team All-State.
