Senior night tonight

Tonight is senior night for the Wildcats as they take on Lee’s Summit North. Seniors Brooke Reed, Maddie Wingert, Jacqueline Perry, and Kayle Welch will be honored at the game. Next week, the Wildcats head to districts at Lee’s Summit North.

Wildcat volleyball notches a second conference win by defeating Lee’s Summit West last night in three tight sets, 23-25, 25-21, 25-22. Volleyball begins season 3-0

The Cats volleyball team, led by seniors Maddie Wingert, Brooke Reed, Jacqueline Perry, Kayle Welch, and Erica Onstott, starts the season at 3-0 by defeating Oak Park, Truman, and Shawnee Mission East. This week they will begin conference play, hosting BS South on August 30 and traveling to Ray Pec on September 1.

Volleyball and football upcoming events

Semifinals for the district volleyball tournament that is hosted at home is scheduled for, Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 5 and 6:30 p.m. The championship is set for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21. The Blue Springs Wildcats will travel to Joplin this Friday, Oct. 23 for a 7 p.m. district football playoff game.
