Boys’ swim travels to Ozarks

Friday, Blue Springs boys swimming swam 4 dual meets, winning over Nixa 112-59, and losing to Kickapoo 89-91, Glendale 88-97, and Ozark 75-107. Saturday the team competed in the Ozarks Invitational, and finished 8th of 21 teams entered.  Medalists were: Alex Harkness (diving) Zach Raines (butterfly)

Swim wins first meet of the year

Blue Springs HS won 6 of 12 events in defeating Raymore-Peculiar 96-77 in the home opener of the season. Swimming takes tough loss against Liberty

Boys swimming results for Tuesday, September 29th

Boys swimming defeated Raytown HS 93-90, and Raytown South HS 137-19, September 29th. Jacob Raines qualified for the MSHSAA State HS Swimming & Diving Championships in the 100 Butterfly event.  He is already qualified in the 100 Breaststroke, and the 200 Individual Medley.

Swimming cancellation

The swim meet scheduled for this Friday and Saturday at Henley Aquatic Center in Independence, has been canceled.
