VOLLEYBALL TAKES PARK HILL TO 3 SETS

VB

The Blue Springs Volleyball Team celebrated their Senior Night at the BSHS Main Gymnasium on Tuesday night.  The Graduating Class of 2018 was honored as the Wildcats fell short to Park Hill High School in 3 sets (25-14, 16-25, 17-25).

“We had another night where we got a few things going offensively but still could not put  a complete game together. We really struggled defensively to put a stop to a balanced Park Hill offense,” said Head Coach Katie Grusing after the close loss.

Offensively Hannah Vanriette and Niya Harris both had 13 kills and Caroline Foster dished out 35 assists. Foster led the way defensively with 12 digs, while Alex Gabbert had 11.
