After dropping their first game against Libery North on March 18, the girls varsity soccer team got the win against St. Pius on Monday.

The game ended regulation tied 0-0, and after two overtimes had to be settled in penalty kicks. Goals by Hannah Goddard, Katy Knudsen, Aubrey Avalos, and Olivia Isaacks, as well as two key saves by goalkeeper Desiree Barajas, secured the victory for the Wildcats.

The Cats will hit the field again Wednesday when they take on Harrisonville in the consolation finals for the Platte County Invitational
